Weddings InStyle is dedicated to maintaining confidentiality of the highest standard with respect to your personal information. In keeping with that dedication we have prepared the following Privacy Policy which lets you know exactly how we’re protecting the information you entrust to us.

What information is collected?
Depending on the products or services being provided we may need to collect such information as:
Your name, address, age, phone number, and e-mail address;
Credit card information, drivers license # and birth date.
We will also collect Customer satisfaction comments and with permission use them on our website to promote our superior level of service.
We will only collect information that is necessary or related to providing you with our products and services.

How is this your personal information used?
Personal information gathered by Weddings InStyle is maintained in our head office in Ottawa, Ontario. We ask you for information in order to: To provide our products and services to you and communicate with you as our client; to complete a transaction with you; and to process payment on your credit card, if necessary.

Disclosure of personal information
Weddings InStyle will not disclose personal information unnecessarily. Weddings InStyle does not sell, barter, trade or exchange any of your personal information to any third party to enable them to market their products and services. We may release your information to parties outside of Weddings InStyle in limited circumstances such as:
When required or authorized by law;
When third parties such as suppliers, contractors or subcontractors are assisting us in serving you.
Where it is necessary to establish or collect amounts owing to us; and

Web Site
Our web site may from time-to-time contain links to other sites, which are not governed by this privacy policy. A cookie is the term for a technology that installs a small amount of information on your computer to permit a web site to recognize future visits form that computer. You can set your internet browser to notify you when you receive a cookie in order to accept or reject that cookie or to block cookies all together. Weddings InStyle’s web site does not currently use cookies.
